These products are not created or manufactured and are typically licensed or drop-shipped by The Nest Store. A secured shopping cart website will handle all transactions.

Communication with Robin Wilson Home
Information you provide through the Site, whether for the purpose of registering your purchase with Robin Wilson Home, purchasing a product through The Nest Store website, submitting questions regarding the Site or any other reason is subject to the RW Home LLC Privacy Policy.

Shipping Policy
RW Home LLC may sell specific products under the trademark Robin's Nest. Robin Wilson Home is not a manufacturer - and primarily works to license or private label products with a manufacturer. Our policy with manufacturers requires the following and by ordering from our site, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of product ordering and shipping:

• Most orders ship within 7 business days, with the exception of custom-dye products, monograms or large, crated furniture items. If the item you ordered is not in stock to ship within 72 hours of your order, we will contact you with the estimated shipping time.
• Standard orders are allowed to be returned up to 10 days after receipt of merchandise for store credit only. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking assessment. A credit will be issued in written letter form with a value code for use within six months of credit issue. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the client - and must be returned without damages.
• Custom orders are final sale.
• Items purchased from a retail outlet must be returned to same outlet and are compliant with return policies of that organization.
• Damaged items shipped from our manufacturer will have a customer service contact number on the label. This number must be called within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. We cannot be responsible for damages after that time.

• Shipping of all purchases is handled via UPS Ground, Federal Express or courier, dependent upon packaging. Our rates are dependent upon shipping destination, item weight and packaging needs (i.e. standard cardboard box or crating).

Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either you or RW Home LLC (or its division, The Nest Store) and A Blue Egg Corporation. If you terminate these Terms or if you receive notice that A Blue Egg Corporation has terminated these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all access and use of the Site. RW Home LLC (or its division, The Nest Store) or A Blue Egg Corporation reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any portion of the Site with or without notice if you breach these Terms or the terms of any agreement with or obligation to RW Home LLC (or its division, The Nest Store), or if A Blue Egg Corporation has reasonable grounds to believe you have committed such breach. A Blue Egg Corporation or RW Home LLC may, in its sole discretion, discontinue providing the Site and/or the experiences or other products or services offered through the Site, in whole or in part, and with or without notice to you. Warranty
THE NEST STORE MAY MODIFY, DELETE, OR SUPPLEMENT THE CONTENT ON THE SITE, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, AT ANY TIME AND WITHOUT NOTICE.

A BLUE EGG CORPORATION AND ROBIN WILSON HOME DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY CONTENT AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOADING OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE OR THE SERVICES IS FREE OF SOFTWARE VIRUSES, WORMS, TROJAN HORSES OR ANY OTHER CODE WITH CONTAMINATING OR DESTRUCTIVE PROPERTIES OR EFFECTS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFEGUARDING YOUR OWN DATA, EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE.

Limitation of Liability

THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SET FORTH ABOVE SHALL APPLY TO EVERY FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, STRICT LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORT, AND SHALL SURVIVE ANY BREACH OF THE TERMS OR ANY AGREEMENT, OR THE FAILURE OF THE ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF THE TERMS OR AN AGREEMENT OR ANY EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING ELSE HEREIN, IN NO EVENT SHALL RW HOME LLC LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED $50.00.

Indemnity
You agree that you are personally responsible for your use of the Site, and further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RW Home LLC, its parent, affiliates, members, providers, employees, agents, successors and assigns, and third party providers of information, services and products from and against any loss, damage, expense or liability of any kind (including attorneys' fees and costs) resulting from your violation of any the Terms or your use of or access to the Site, your communications with RW Home LLC and/or your violation of the rights of any third party.

A Blue Egg Corporation and RW Home LLC makes no representation that any content on the Site, experience or any other materials, products or services offered or accessed on or through the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access this Site from a location outside the U.S.A. you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws of your jurisdiction.

These Terms, and any dispute that may arise between you and A Blue Egg Corporation or RW Home LLC and/or its parent or any affiliate, member, provider, employee, agent, successor or assign or A Blue Egg Corporation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You and A Blue Egg Corporation expressly exclude the application of the 1980 United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, if applicable. The Terms, as they may be amended from time to time, set forth the entire understanding of you and A Blue Egg Corporation as to the subject matter of the Terms. You irrevocably and unconditionally consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of and venue in the courts of the State of New York sitting in the city or county of Manahattan, or the United States District Court for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and/or the Site.

Nothing contained in these Terms shall be deemed to constitute you and A Blue Egg Corporation as partners or joint venturers or constitute an employment or agency relationship between you and A Blue Egg Corporation or RW Home LLC.

If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect, and all Terms shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No waiver or failure of A Blue Egg Corporation or RW Home LLC to assert its rights under any provision of the Terms shall be valid unless in writing and signed by an officer of A Blue Egg Corporation. A Blue Corporation may assign its rights and duties under the Terms, in whole or in part, to any party without notice to you. You may not assign your rights and duties, in whole or in part, without A Blue Egg Corporation's prior written consent.

These Terms constitute a written agreement between you and A Blue Egg Corporation and RW Home LLC, and a printed version of these Terms, and of any electronic notice pertaining to these Terms, shall be admissible in an judicial or administrative proceeding to the same extent, and subject to the same restrictions, as any other contract, document or record originally in printed form.
